The items you received must not be damaged, work well and match product descriptions on Yvesrocher.vn website.
Customers can send a request to return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date customer received it via email: cs.vietnam@yrnet.com. Please provide some information such as: the reason why you want to return/exchange, your order number, some pictures of box, items, gifts, receipt. Yves Rocher has the right to refuse any support if customers fail to inform us within the notification period stated above After receiving the return request, Customer Support will check and respond to the customer within 24-48 working hours.
All return request must be with reasonable cause, Yves Rocher will not accept return request if customer change of mind or the item has signs of usage For other return request, below is returns acceptance conditions:

Unless the product is deemed damaged/defective/wrong item delivered, Yves Rocher is not responsible for the return shipping.
Within 07 working days, from the day customer receive the confirmation from Customer Support (validity period), please pack the items and gifts in the original box (if possible) to be returned, and send the package to: Botanical Cosmetic Company LTD, Floor 2, 16-18 Hai Ba Trung, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC. The items are sent out of the validity period, Customer Support will notify you before sending these items to you. After 07 days, If Yves Rocher has not yet received the returned packaged.
Yves Rocher will refuse to resolve all complaints and consider that the customer no longer needs an exchange or a refund for this order YVES ROCHER will handle the return within 10 working days from the day we receive customer’s returned items.
